My paternal great Uncle owned a horse farm through out my childhood. I have fond memories of a family reunion that we would go to on his farm each December. I haven’t had the opportunity to ride a horse in several years though. Thank you for sharing your story, and reminding me to look for blessings in difficult circumstances. I hope you have a lovely day!

Hi Jolene, thank you for visiting! Yes, although it is hard when you’re going through something to look for the blessings, it is necessary.

Ouch! I was never thrown from a horse but I didn’t slide underneath one when I was younger and that was so scary! To be holding onto the horse’s belly, trying to determine which way to drop and roll!

    Visiting from Tuesday at Ten!

Now that is scary in and of itself! Glad you didn’t get hurt!
