Thank you Shirley. This post rings so loud to me as I have struggled with trying to stop negative thoughts from overtaking me recently.
I have gone over my past bad decisions a million times, what I should have done differently, why I did or said something stupid then after over analyzing it I would punish myself emotionally to no end making myself and everyone around me sour.
This is such an irrational, selfish, and immature way to handle your thoughts and emotions. You can STOP and change negative thoughts to positive ones by keeping your thought horse under control. Praying for healing, grace, and positive thoughts and being thankful for someone you love and the people in your life has helped me. A great post.
Love Dusty, your biggest fan in the world.

Thank you, Dusty. I am glad that God has allowed healing in your life and situation that you’ve been tormented about. God is able to restore. Put your faith and trust in Him. Remember Jeremiah 29:11 … He has a plan and a purpose for your life, to give you hope and a future!
