Amen, Tara! You have so much worth and value, far more than money!! I have been a stay-at-home-mom, too, and I know how hard it is. I also know that society doesn’t seem to appreciate the great contribution that stay-at-home-moms are making. I applaud you, dear one. I truly do! You are doing a GREAT job, and I hope you realize that you have the hardest job ever! You are molding and shaping your children’s lives.

For me….Joshua 24:15b – that is what is most important in our life. God will provide many things to us, but His love is by far the most important. Praise God for all we have here on earth, but my main wish is to be up there with Him soon! 🙂

Jamie, your words are so beautiful and so true – God’s love is the basis of this site as it’s all about sharing His light, His love, and His hope. I love when you share your heart with us!

Thank you for this post. This is a concept that is often a struggle in our home. I understand that happiness cannot be found in “things”, but in people. My children don’t want stuff as much as they want time with mom and dad. (especially dad since he works long hours and I teach school and are with them most of the time) .

I found your blog through the (in)Courage community group (which I just joined). I am so looking forward to the journey.
